Tan Ken Seng graduated with a first-class honours Degree in Law from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom in 2016. He was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln) in 2019 and as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in March 2021.
